Thank you for shopping at TenderNest. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 10 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us and we'll arrange it.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first to receive return instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
